11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guadalajara, Jalisco. You and Ahorvia México consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for any dispute arising from these Terms.
12. Dispute resolution
Before filing formal claims, parties agree to attempt informal resolution. You must submit a written notice describing the dispute and provide Ahorvia México 30 days to respond and attempt to resolve the issue. If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days the parties may pursue remedies in the courts specified in the governing law clause.
13. Termination
Ahorvia México may suspend or terminate accounts or access at its discretion for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. Termination can occur with or without prior notice. Surviving obligations include payment liabilities, limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property provisions which continue after termination.
14. Modifications
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective 14 days after posting the updated Terms on the site. If changes are material we will provide notice on the homepage. Continued use of the site after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms you should stop using the service before the effective date.
